These services are provided to help users enhance their job search and career development. Career Pilot does not guarantee specific job placements or outcomes.

3User Accounts

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if any breach of these Terms occurs.

4Payments and Subscriptions

Career Pilot offers the Career Pilot Pro subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: The Career Pilot Pro subscription is billed at $99 per month on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests outside this period will be considered at our discretion.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Hibernate Option: Once you land a job, you may switch to our Hibernate plan at $1/month to maintain access to support services.

5Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided on the Careerpilot website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are the property of Careerpilot or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
• Use any of our materials for commercial purposes without our authorization.

6User Conduct

When using Careerpilot, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages our services or network.
• Not upload any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content to the platform.
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Careerpilot provides services "as is" and "as available." While we strive to offer high-quality services, we do not guarantee that the services will meet your specific expectations or be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careerpilot and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any outstanding payments will still be due, and we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies for violations.
